As a founding member of HRW and a licensed CPA with over 35 years of experience, Terry is responsible for financial accounting and tax operations as well as cash flow of the business. Before joining HRW, Terry was a principal with the international accounting and consulting firm of Ernst & Young as a tax and business consultant to hundreds of clients.
Lara Knipp
As the product of two large Arizona construction families, Lara began his career in the framing industry with Younger Brothers Construction. As a member/owner of HRW, Lara utilizes the honest values instilled in him from the family business and prides himself on client relationship building.
